Als wir angekommen sind, haben sie uns in der Wohnung alles genau erklärt und uns dann noch eine kleine Stadtführung gegeben und uns alles gezeigt. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich willkommen geheißen und haben uns vom ersten Moment an gut aufgehoben gefühlt.Die Gastgeberin Roberta ist ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich – wir hatten jederzeit das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. "Wonderful property with great location right across and overlooking the Mediterranean and boardwalk. Located right next to restaurants, pubs, shopping. Lana was great at walking us through the property, giving us suggestions and checking that we were having a great time during our stay. "

"The apartment is a good size but the balcony is quite small for 4 people but we managed. The location is close (about 15 minute walk) to the Flower Market, Place de Massena and Old Town. The views are stunning. Te staff at the management company are very helpful and accommodating. I would have no hesitation in recommending staying in this property. The only thing we can think that would have improved the stay was it would be nice if beach chairs could be available for guests to use."

"The Apartament has a great location, near to the beach and the Vieux Nice! We had a small problem with the washing machine and Stanislas was disponible and quickly helped us! He is a very nice and friendly person. The apartment has everything that a traveler needs and it is very confortable. Ir can be a little noisy in the night, because there are a lot of bars in its streets. But it is ok if you close the widows. It wasn't a big problem for us. Thank you, Stanislas!"
