The only reason I gave it four out of five stars is because the phone reception was very bad in Vernazza even with our holafly sim card and Google maps doesn't work well, we spent a stressful hour wandering with our very heavy luggage, ( on a 7 week travel tour so had a bigher suitcase)!trying to find the place. Every corner of the castle had something interesting: the kitchen was fantastic (we made pizza in the pizza oven), we had drinks in the taverna, lounged in the pool, and had dinners on the balcony overlooking the sea. "Toller kleiner Rückzugsort, ruhig gelegen aber nach (einigen!) Treppenstufen ist man mittendrin in der lebendigen Altstadt. Nicht geeignet für sehr grosse oder etwas beleibtere Menschen, ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen. Restaurants, Wanderwege und das Meer alles nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. "

"Leuk ruim huis met balkon en uitzicht op een bosrijk dal. Gelegen in een piepklein dorpje met steile smalle straatjes. Je kan met de auto niet voor de deur parkeren of de spullen uitladen. Prima accommodatie, alle benodigdheden aanwezig, vriendelijke enthousiaste gastvrouw. De wifi werkt niet top. Dichtstbijzijnde restaurantje en buurtsuper op ca 7 minuutjes rijden. Het is een prachtige omgeving, in een vrij verlaten omgeving. Als je rust en natuur zoekt helemaal prima. "
