"* Pluses: The room was clean, bright, newly painted, and well appointed with what you’d expect for a life expensive room (great value). * Minuses: The toilet issue roll had 1/3 remaining with no spare. The toilet bowl either had “missing” porcelain coating or a stain inside near the exit at the bottom. It appeared otherwise clean (just needed some TLC/maintenance). Other than that, we were very pleased!"

"The employee that checked me in went against company policy and took my cash as a deposit and stole it. They won't give me my money back or acknowledge that my money was stolen because I used a towel to clean up a sweet tea spill and some got on the sheets. The room had roaches and stains already on the towels but I wouldn't have cared or complained until the staff decided to handle this the way they did. Nasty jacuzzi tub also."

"I was having surgery so I couldn't have breakfast but my husband went down and breakfast was being served and he said everything was good and hot. As for the staff, not impressed. She was taking a reservation on the phone and didn't bother to say I'll be right with you and when she got off the phone didn't apologize for my wait. She didn't tell me which way our room was or anything else we should know except the wi-fi was our room number. She wasn't rude just very dry. She also should use her...
