"We traveled from Canada, and we’re uncertain as to where we we should be staying and took a chance on hotel Diana
Firstly, we found the property a little tricky to find but once we found it, the check-in was excellent. The staff we found was outstanding and very attentive to whatever we needed.
Just be aware that there are a couple of locations for hotel Diana’s in the immediate area. I believe they’re all alone by the same company.
We were a little surprised that there was large, handicap,...

"The apartment wasn’t properly cleaned, with dirty carpets, stains on the lounge, mould and old soap in the bathroom, and rubbish/stuff under the couch. Both bathroom doors didn’t lock, a window latch was broken, the dryer didn’t work, requested drying rack never got a response. No cups or mugs in the apartment. We requested a partial refund due to the issues, but this was declined. Wouldn’t stay here again."

"Although the apartment was fine, unfortunately the same building is been used for social housing. It was very noisy at night due to parties and other disruption. We had to evacuate the building at 530AM when somebody under the influence set off fire extinguishers and fire alarms. The fire service and the police were called. Also be aware, the reception is only open between 9AM and 5PM. If arriving after 5PM, you must have been in contact with reception, emailed your identification document and...

10/10 Excelente
