"Great service by staff and clean and comfortable beds. No coffee available as amenity. Limited choice of breakfast at motel or in immediate neighborhood. Light rail is nearby (West Bank) and also u university of Minnesota. Great location. Elevators are prompt after pushing button for a 14 story building and not wait long at all."

"It was nice hotel. I enjoyed the old time feel and the overall aesthetics of the building. The pool, hot tub and sauna were nice and well maintained. The attached restaurant was really nice but overpriced for what we ordered.
Biggest complaints were the fridge in our room, froze everything that we put in it forcing us to eat out one of the nights we were there. When I spoke to someone about it at the desk, he told me I could pull the fridge out of the cabinet and turn the dial in the back! No,...
