"Not very helpful staff. The Air cmpany lost my bag, so I had to buy some stuff in the internet and ask to delivery at the Hotel. One day I ask a guy in the front desk about one package delivered, he said "can you speak louder?" he talked with other employer "Is he talking about packages? I'm here all day and no package was delivery" Then he talked with me "I'm here all day and no package was delivery" I said that the tracking code shown that was delivered and he just did not move a foot to look....

"The room was clean-ish, but there was mold in the shower and the hallway was filthy. The room smelled TERRIBLE, like there was either a skunk outside or someone had smoked ALL of the weed in the room. It was awful and running the AC/air made it even worse. We were “upgraded” from our King bed room to a room with 2 Queen beds, which was ridiculous, because I paid for a King bed room, but since our flight had been delayed and we didn’t arrive until 1am, so we gave up and just we to bed. "This is my go-to when I have an early flight. The room is big, clean, and quiet. The bed is very comfortable with good pillows! Breakfast, if I am not leaving too early, is great as well. Have stayed several times and will stay again. The 24-hour shuttle to and from the airport is a big plus. Several of the hotels on Airport Way have limited hours and this one is always available. And when needed - the Park and Fly option is really helpful."

"The hotel was really nice. The staff was friendly and answered all our questions. The security robot was cool :)
The hotel pool and hot tub left a lot to be desired. The pool bottom was a little slippery and didn't look very nice. The hot tub jets didn't work.
This hotel was in a convenient location with many restaurants along with a grocery store and gas station."
