"Cedar Falls is a surprisingly robust community and the Blackhawk Hotel is a hidden gem! The staff is engaging and generous and go the extra mile to make sure you’re taken care of and heard. This is an historic inn, so the premises are burnished with years of use, which I think just adds to its charm. Main Street is dotted with several unique eating, drinking and shopping establishments and our nightcap at the Bar Winslow in the hotel was the perfect spot for our too-short stay in Cedar Falls."

We started the small window AC in the living room and the vented stand along AC in the bedroom. It took quite a while to cool off.
