"The apartment is in a beautiful historic home that sits on a hill overlooking the town and lake. It is fairly spacious apartment for a two bedroom and has a very nice front porch to look over the lake. The apartment was fully stocked with everything I needed for the trip and everything seemed very well taken care of. "Fantastic stay in our first tiny home! Comfortably slept my family of five. Extremely clean, peaceful setting, beautiful surroundings, and close to everything in Watkins Glen. "This home looks NOTHING like this picture. The paint was peeling and the windows had been painted shut for years. The inside was FILTHY dirty. The showers, the kitchen (tiny microwave and refrigerator) were all disgusting. We tried to call the manager whom we never got and we had to get to a library to get the internet to tell Vrbo about the mess. We had to find a place to stay after a 12-hr. drive and the food in our cooler was getting too warm. We never heard from the manager and Vrbo gave us...
