Hotéis em Riverside, Horsham

"The staff were very obliging and the stay of 4 days was excellent."

"Central location, clean room, friendly & helpful staff. Fluffy towels, toiletries provided."

"I have only stayed the four times and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Horsham. They have put me in early when I need to be in. They have put me downstairs when they I didn’t realise that we had to say upstairs or downstairs. I take my hat off to the cleaners they are excellent and the whole place is so clean. The waitresses are so polite and everyone talks to everyone. Excellent for everything even at the reception."

"Great stay. Thank you"

"Central, clean, quiet"

"Its ok, but a bit overpriced."

"Room was very clean and conveniently situated. Could do with an update and new tiles in shower."

"The bathroom would not pass a building inspection with black mould around the bath and the mirror. They did not inform us that the live music would be going on until 2:30 in the morning. Nor that our room was directly above the band in the beer garden. To make matters worse, the springs in the bed made it impossible to sleep. If you are going to have live music outside the room, then they should have warned us. Will never stay here again."

"outside appearance outdated and old, but inside clean tidy and fresh. Mattress could be better."

"We called the day prior to organise late check-in, the staff were lovely and helpfull with our request. thank you. "

"The Horsham Motel is fine for an overnight stay. Well maintained and close to plenty of places to eat. I would recommend and would definitely stay there again"

"Room is cosy, comfy, clean and as pictured - good size for singles or couples, has everything you need within arms' reach. Grounds are pretty and our stay was peaceful. Check-in and check-out was easy and communication was prompt. Would stay again."
