"O hotel é moderno é literalmente junto ao metrô tower hill. Em frente tem um food truck que serve lanches rápidos e gostosos. O local fica perto da Tower of London e Tower Bridge. Excelente local para explorar a cidade. Talvez para um casal o espaço seja compacto, todavia, a localização é conforto das camas e silêncio compensam este fato."

"No 743 ,quarto casal standard. Não tinha frigobar, Depois de 20 horas acordada . Depois que tomei banho e deitei o alarme de incêndio tocou 3 vezes tive que levantar correndo chapada de sono .Foi alarme falso. Tropecei na minha mala que estava aberta no caminho e ralei minha perna ."

"Overall, I had a very good experience at the hotel. The staff were excellent—always friendly, attentive, and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well located, close to tourist attractions and the Underground. The breakfast was also very good and definitely worth it. The gym is pleasant, and the 25-meter swimming pool is a great facility. My only disappointment was the use of the pool. As a swimmer, I often choose hotels based on whether they have a suitable pool for training, and this was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. Unfortunately, despite having designated lanes, including a fast lane, it was almost impossible to swim properly, as children often played in the lanes and the fast lane was frequently used by very slow swimmers. I understand this is more about how guests use the pool than the hotel itself, but better organization of the lanes could make a big difference for guests who want to swim for exercise. Apart from this, I had a very positive stay and would recommend the hotel."

"Quarto datado mas muito limpo, chuveiro e cama ótimas. Funcionários atenciosos, prestativos e um café da manhã sensacional, com uma localização imbatível, a poucos passos da estação Tower Hill do metrô londrino, da Torre de Londres e da Ponte da Torre, fácil acesso a qualquer ponto da cidade!"

"O hotel não está a uma distância que possa ir a pé do aeroporto e o ônibus deixa não muito perto. Conveniente usar o transfer ou taxi ( muito caro). Corredor e quarto com decoração muito escura e com iluminação indireta, o que dificulta qualquer arrumação nas malas, dentro do quarto. Ausência de ducha higiênica. O café da manhã é bom. O bar ajuda nas refeições rápidas porque não há nada perto."
