Nice home and communication
My stay was great, love the communication. My guest and I where able to check in early. The house is nice and big. The backyard is huge and nice.

Affordable Guest Mansion
This place is absolutely beautiful! Mansion is divinded into two parts , the main mansion and the guest mansion. This rental is the guest mansion . Guest mansion has 3 bedrooms very spacious and a beautiful relaxing pool . Great place for a home away from home.

thank you so much for staying. your group is welcome back anytime. you were great and followed all house rules just to clarify the entire mansion is for rental in VRBO. we don’t want other customers getting confused. the Mezzanine Level (in your write up i believes you referred to as the main mansion) and the Terrace Level (in law suite - downstairs ) . there’s also the Guest house which is across the field and the West Wing which is not listed on vrbo only on long term stays.

Happy w/ Our Booking - Terrace
The Terrace Level actually presents better in person. It was almost perfect for the occasion we needed it for, which was an approved party. There's a full kitchen, dining area, living room, 2 normal bedrooms, and a grand-er master room with living space. The place was spacious with a nice open welcome area. However, there is only one bathroom, which has the shower and toilet in it. So, that could be a struggle depending on what you need. We were able to make it work and for any issues or mishaps, management is easily accessible and ready to assist.

Review
The overall stay was good good location the house only had one accessible bathroom for an event, which was not good and a porta potty by the pool. That was a very dirty couch by the bathroom door needs to be thrown away. There were no extra blankets or sheets in closet, only blankets and sheets on the three beds in the house, the grass was high and had not been cut

We have had no complaints about the fairly new 3 month old couch that is in the hallway but we will look into cleaning it. In regards to extra sheets and blankets that’s not true there are a few other n the closet in the second bedroom. You were staying one night so we actually usually wouldn’t leave extras but we did still leave some. As for the one bathroom it’s clearly in the listing that you reserved. I’m really not sure why you mentioned about one bathroom and it’s clearly in the listing.

Stayed for only a night and I have to say this is a great home it’s very comfy, spacious, and clean. The pool is warm & beautiful, especially at night. The best!

White House
The place was nice summertime would have been better for me the kids really wanted to swim but the water was too cold, my decision making was a little off due to my mother recent passing. But Thank you!

We are sincerely sympathetic and sorry for your loss. We know it can be hard. Thank you for staying with us and we would be happy to host you again and will definitely accommodate to a returning guest. We have the pool scheduled to be heated before Christmas.
