"The hotel was very clean, quiet, and up-to-date. The room was a little on the small side, but only a little, and to be expected given that I opted for one of the cheapest rooms. The staff were all friendly and helpful, particularly Anita, who checked me in late at night, and is an absolute sweetheart.
I did not have housekeeping during my stay (by choice) and also did not use the kitchen area or try the included continental breakfast, so I cannot speak to the quality of those.

"The rooms are definitely suites! A living room area, bathroom and bedroom. Inside the hotel is beautiful with an indoor fish pond. Breakfast was on point. We will continue to book through this franchise. Also, we had a midnight flight arrival and they shuttled us from the airport to the hotel. Easy peasy."

"Not very helpful staff. The Air cmpany lost my bag, so I had to buy some stuff in the internet and ask to delivery at the Hotel. One day I ask a guy in the front desk about one package delivered, he said "can you speak louder?" he talked with other employer "Is he talking about packages? I'm here all day and no package was delivery" Then he talked with me "I'm here all day and no package was delivery" I said that the tracking code shown that was delivered and he just did not move a foot to look....
