Hotéis em River Forest, Anderson

"Room was great. I loved the fact I could open the window. Staff was great. Unfortunately, we slept too late to try the breakfast. The pool was good; the hot tub was good. Stayed for 10 min. as the couple there with 3 children was sitting on the steps into the hot tub & not paying attention to the VERY loud screeches from the children. The sound was so loud it made my ears ring."

"Truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism by Mr. Anderson the property manager. He took care our issue with quickness and results. One of the best hotel facilities to stay in throughout my many years of staying in hotels."

"Multiple outlets in the room did not function and one was not even grounded. When I brought this issue up after a night of no water in the entire hotel, the day time manager REFUSED to compromise to find a solution and even hung up on me and only agreed to compromise once I escalated to customer relations. Shockingly, the second room also had the same issue with outlets-plugs would just fall out of the receptacle. So, no reason to switch rooms. I requested to speak with the general manager via...

"The hotel was more than what I expected and im grateful for that. Very clean and the staff was lovely."

"Easy chair with Ottoman was nice to have."

"It is fine for a one night stay. Thankfully, the room itself was better than the impression of the hallways. Some new flooring in the hallways would do alot. Unfortunately, we forgot what it was like to stay in a Motel 6 - no hair dryer, no coffee machine in the room, and no shampoo or conditioner. Overall, it was okay for the money."

"nothing good about this place. It was nasty. There was hair in the bed and roaches everywhere!! we had to clean the toilet with Lysol wipes our self and buy Lysol spray because it smelled of smoke and it wasn’t supposed to be a smoking room. we should’ve asked for a refund and left, but we had no other choice. The whole town was booked because the bike/car show in gas city. Do not go to this place!!"

"Kind owners and quiet property. I've stayed here a few times now and have enjoyed both stays."

"Great service All around"

"A estadia foi excelente. Fomos muito bem atendidos. A única coisa que gostaria de relatar é que foi cobrado uma caução e não me retornaram ou cancelaram o valor. Entrei em contato com o Hotels.com e não fui bem atendido e não solucionado o meu caso"
