"We were in town for an event and only had a one night stay. Everything about the Inn was a delight. We were made to feel at home by the staff from the first moment as Tracy gave us a tour of the amenities and showed us to our room. The homemade ginger cookies in the break area were yummy. "This was our second stay at this hotel and it was wonderful. It is not easy traveling with an 80lb. dog and they make you feel so welcome. The staff is super friendly, they provide a welcome bag for you and for your fur baby. The rooms are always clean, we can leave our dog in the room unattended {HUGE plus}, and the grounds are great for dog walking. The breakfast is always good too. "We stayed for 1 night. Linda was very responsive and communication was above par. She’s accommodating when we arrived at almost midnight. She greeted us and allowed us a late check out so we could get more shut eye and a chance to walk around and explore New Bern downtown. Breakfast was superb. The dining room was well equipped with fresh fruits and brownies. I highly recommend Meadows Inn."
