Welcome to the Rivalago Apartment, a cosy one-bedroom apartment located in the quiet resort of Riva San Vitale. This delightful apartment offers a perfect mix of modern comfort and traditional charm, ensuring an unforgettable stay for its guests.



As you enter, you are greeted by the antique-style living room, furnished with taste and elegance; the comfortable sofa becomes a double bed (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.), offering an additional option for guests; while the dining table, which can accomodate up to 6 people, is perfect for pleasant dinners with friends.

The open-space kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, offering the freedom to prepare delicious meals with ease.

The spacious and comfortable bedroom has a double bed and a single sofa-bed.

Guests can enjoy two bathrooms, one complete with toilet, bidet and shower, the other serves as a convenient service bathroom with toilet.

For those who enjoy spending time outdoors, the apartment offers a lovely balcony, furnished with a table and 4 chairs, ideal for lunches and dinners during the summer.

The apartment building also offers fantastic relaxation and wellness facilities, including a heated indoor swimming pool open all year round and a sauna, where guests can rejuvenate.

Furthermore, the building offers its guests a sun terrace with sun loungers and shower, to enjoy the Ticino sun, a lakefront garden with private access and a picnic area with stone table and barbecue available.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The apartment has a private parking space in a residential garage (max dimensions: L:4,70m x W:2,30m x H:1,90m).

What\'s nearby:

Riva San Vitale is a village in the Mendrisiotto area, south of Lugano, with numerous services, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. It overlooks Lake Lugano with its pretty hamlet of Capolago, where you can stroll along the lakeside promenade and cool down at the Lido di Riva San Vitale during the summer season.

Just a few minutes away, you can reach Capolago station, where you can take the train to Lugano (approx. 15 minutes) or to Italy (approx. 20 minutes), and from where the small train also departs to the summit of Monte Generoso, or to the intermediate stop at Bellavista, where you can continue with a short hike to the famous Fiore di Pietra refuge and restaurant (designed by architect Botta).

It is only a 15-minute drive to Lugano. In 5 minutes you reach the FoxTown outlet and the Mendrisio Casino, as well as the wine-growing area with its wine cellars.

From April to October, boats run from Capolago to various tourist resorts (Lugano, Morcote, Ponte Tresa and Porto Ceresio).



How to arrive:

By car, from the A2 motorway take exit 52-Mendrisio and set your GPS: in 5/10 minutes you will reach the apartment. Or take Strada 2, from Chiasso 20 minutes, from Lugano 20 minutes.

By train, get off at the stop \"Capolago - Riva S. Vitale\", then walk for 17 minutes to reach the apartment. Or take the bus from Capolago station in the direction of \"Porto Ceresio, Stazione\" for 4 stops and get off at \"Riva S. Vitale, Roncaccio\", from there it\'s a 1-minute walk to the apartment.  Or, get off at the Mendrisio bus stop and take bus no. 531 towards \"Capolago, Stazione\" for 15 stops. Get off at the stop \"Riva S. Vitale, Battistero\". In 9 minutes on foot you will reach the apartment.
