"Very nice hotel and the location is amazing. We walked to the Rocky Stairs, City Hall, Love park. And all the shops on Chestnut street. Also there is a cafe and a restaurant in the lobby and a rooftop mexican bar. the room we stayed on 9th floor looks brand new and modern. Loved the city, loved the vibe."

"The staff clearly did not want to be there. They were extremely unfriendly and couldn’t even manage a smile. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced.
I strongly recommend providing customer service training for your staff. Every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect.
I don’t know whether the issue is poor working conditions, inadequate training, or something else, but the atmosphere was unwelcoming.
Whatever the reason, the experience was deeply...

"Unless you’re desperately needing a place to stay, skip this one. Unless you’re super budget conscious, skip this one.
They couldn’t offer me early check-in and then had the audacity to not only say no to the early check-in (I was going to pay the fee), they told me I wouldn’t be able to check in until 5:45. Check-in is at 4pm. My question was when were you going to tell me that? I have things to do.
Your code also doesn’t work until 4 pm so if you want to store your belongings in the locker,...

"No staff available, you just have a code to get in. No floor numbers, and when you open the door you thought it was a maintenance closet so just keep going around the bend! Room was nice but some outlets were coming out of the wall and not working. The mini fridge was in a cabinet and making it super hot, so that made us a little nervous lol
Nice location though! Very walkable and a restaurant attached. Parking garages nearby."

Hotel muito bom! Confortavel, bem localizado. Paguei um pouco caro, mas era época de Copa. Imagino que em periodo normal, seja mais custo-beneficio. Recomendo!
