The apartment is designed for relaxed alpine living. The living area features two sofa beds for four guests, while the bedroom offers two bunk beds, making it ideal for families or groups. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all the essentials to prepare meals or warm drinks. The bathroom includes a bathtub, hairdryer, towel rack, and separate WC. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a ski locker, Hi-Fi system, duvets, blankets, and pillows. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy the crisp mountain air and scenic views, and take advantage of the private parking available within the residence.

The ski slopes are just 50 meters away, letting you glide right from your door. Shops and restaurants are only 200 meters, and the ESF ski school and village center are 500 meters, perfect for strolls, meals, or picking up last-minute essentials.
