"This cabin was in a perfect location for a quick drive to enjoy Cloudland Canyon State Park. We travel a good bit and say it many different places and this home stood out for its cleanliness inside. The kitchen is updated and clean. We did not do much cooking, but it had the pans that we needed. The third bedroom has two single beds, though the listing says it is a queen bed. But that worked for us traveling with three children! We would stay here again. "

"This property was beautiful and the location both peaceful and convenient in every way! The farmhouse feel, antique furniture, old hardwood floors, and remnants from the past literally took me back thirty years to Grandma's house and made me feel so at home, I almost cried happy tears! Perfect home base for local rock climbing, bouldering, and hiking trails. The hot tub was great to relax sore muscles and warm up on cooler evenings. The only thing to note would be the heaviness of the master...

"It was nice quiet and clean we went to Fall Creek falls and went up the incline at lookout...we really enjoyed our weekend there... we tried a few of the the recommendations from the host...most were really nice...we will go back in a few months when we have time off again...very enjoyable cabin for 2"

"The property was in the woods which is what we wanted. We were close to many hiking trails in DeSoto State Park and Little River Canyon. The place was very quiet and relaxing. One drawback about any cabins that I stay that are in the woods is that you typically compromise with having a bit of dirt and bugs. However, this cabin was so clean that you would have thought that it had been newly listed as a rental. The kitchen had everything that I needed and the charcoal grill was in great...

"Everything was just as described and beautiful! We loved all the small amenities (USB power chargers by the beds, coffee pods, extra blankets, firewood, corn hole, etc...). It was a beautiful place and we had a great time! Our family of 5 had plenty of space. We loved the nearness to downtown Mentone, Desoto State Park, and other hiking spots. Hosts were helpful and communicative. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow."
