"Cabin on the water was lovely & the balcony a great feature although needed an umbrella & seat cushions. Unfortunately the bar & terrace area was taken over by a golf presentation so a little disappointing as very limited free seating & early closing for bar & food provision. Huge stain on the bedroom carpet, bathroom door hard to close & a very noisy toilet seat! Plenty of parking & a quiet night’s sleep. It was close to our planned event but wouldn’t stay again."

"This was such a great find. It was spotless and had all the needed amenities. The best part was the location - perfect for walking the town. The arrival directions were clear and easy. "This is a lovely cottage and very cosy and warm. It's also near lots of attractions. It was very nice to be able to take my friend's dog who seemed to enjoy herself too. The main door was quite hard to lock and unlock as it's stiff but I broke my right wrist in August so that probably didn't help matters. The owners were very helpful. I would definitely recommend the cottage to others and I would certainly revisit myself."

"Work trip and excellent location. Morrisons on route for supplies and some lovely evening walks. Although some of the footpaths need the nettles trimmed 😉 Struct lucky with the street parking all but one night but the car park behind is very close. Only heard those above very occasionally and I slept very well. Will definitely look to book again. Thank you"

"Don’t judge a book by its cover! Although this apartment looks small and bland from the street, open the door and it’s a lovely, spacious, light filled place.I liked it very much. The furnishings were great and the decor colourful. It has a good shower room and the bedroom is a good size. It also has a very nice patio leading off the sitting/dining area. Various supermarkets and a chemist are nearby. Also a convenience store, pubs and a fish & chip shop. A short walk takes one to a large park...

"Great apartment in a decent location, but it was badly let down by basic attention to detail. The portable AC appeared to vent hot air back into the room instead of outside, leaving the space uncomfortably hot overnight. With no windows that could be opened and very poor lumpy pillows, it became one of the most uncomfortable nights away from home I can remember...and I travel alot."
