Casetta Anna – Nature, Hiking & Relaxation in Cinque Terre National Park

Available from May 2026, Casetta Anna is a standalone rustic house nestled in the UNESCO-listed Cinque Terre National Park, in the municipality of Riomaggiore. It’s the perfect choice for those who love hiking, peace, and quiet, while respecting the environment and the few local residents.



Situated about 350 meters above sea level, surrounded by vineyards, pine trees, and dry-stone walls, the house offers breathtaking sea views. On clear days, you can see the Tuscan coast and the islands of Capraia, Gorgona, Elba, and Corsica.



The house is located on the SVA Portovenere-Riomaggiore trail: Riomaggiore is a 45-minute walk away, and Portovenere can be reached in about 2 hours and 45 minutes on foot. La Spezia and Riomaggiore are both about 8 km away, while the nearest village, Biassa, is 4 km away and has a grocery store, post office, pizzeria, restaurant/osteria, and a tobacco shop where you can buy bus and train tickets and get information. Buses from Biassa connect to La Spezia and Riomaggiore in under 20 minutes.



The house, built in typical Ligurian style over two floors, features a kitchen, dining table, and bathroom with hairdryer, soap, and shampoo on the ground floor. The bedroom is upstairs, accessed via an external stone staircase. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, fridge, induction hob, and kettle.



The house is only accessible on foot, about a three-minute walk from the free parking area along a woodland path. We recommend traveling with light, easy-to-carry luggage. Arriving with your own vehicle is highly recommended.
