IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE CLOSING THE RESERVATION:

1 - Fit for 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom. Accommodates up to 4 people regardless of age + 1 child up to 5 years old (At Paradise we have several types of apartment, the photos provided in this ad are from one of the apartments, they follow the same pattern with small details of furniture).

2 - Before closing the reservation and making the payment always contact us to check availability and confirm the rental amount.

3 - The guest must pay directly at the reception (in cash) an occupancy fee of R $ 7.00 per night and per person (this amount is not included in the rental price; children under 12 are exempt; taxes are subject change without notice).

THERMAS PARADISE is located in the tourist complex of Rio Quente, in the Águas Quentes region (Caldas Novas & Rio Quente). The hotel is in a privileged position at the foot of the Serra de Caldas and on the banks of the Rio Quente - a natural hot-water river that flows within the development. In addition to the Rio de Águas Quentes, inside the condominium, guests can enjoy the swimming pools (adult and children), sauna, jacuzzi, wet bar and a large green area. Other attractions are also offered to guests such as Gym Room, Cinema Room, Games Room, Souvenir Shops, Snack Bar. The main attraction of the region is the Hot Park (the largest water park in Latin America) with several pools of hot and not-so-hot water, slides, slides, trails, diving, mountaineering and the mega-attraction: Praia do Cerrado - an artificial beach of warm water of 25 thousand m².
