Vacation Apartment "La Pergola al Cavo" with Sea View, Pool & Terrace

This 65m² vacation apartment is located in Rio Marina, a small town on the sunny Mediterranean island of Elba in Italy's Tuscany region. The apartment consists of a pleasant living room furnished in shades of blue, a nice kitchenette and a double sofa bed, 2 bedrooms as well as one comfortable bathroom with a shower and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The apartment features air conditioning (in the living room, bedrooms, but not in the bathroom), a television, and a washing machine. Children are allowed and a baby bed and highchair are available (upon request) and there is also a playground. Guests can enjoy the beautiful mountain view from the apartment and relax outdoors in the furnished garden or take advantage of the pool with outdoor showers, all shared features, or sit in the private covered terrace facing the pool and partially overlooking the sea. The outdoor area also has a shared grill. The apartment is located 5 minutes (1 km) from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues near the Cavo Piombino ferry route on the seafront. The apartment is just a 1 minute (1 km) drive from the beautiful Cavo and Rio Marina beaches and the town of Rio Marina is a jumping off point for many hiking routes, including the Mausoleo Tonietti, or Tonietti Mausoleum, which the renowned architect Adolfo Coppede built for the Tonietti family around 1900 and runs circa 30 minutes around the Mount Lentisco area. The Rio Marina area currently has 28 cycling routes that wind around its stunning coastal landscape, including the incomparable natural beauty of the Arcipelago Toscano National Park. The Marina di Campo Airport servicing the island is 50 minutes (34 km) by car from the property.
