Capo d'Arco is a tourist resort located in the south-eastern part of the island, in the municipality of Rio but very close to the very touristy port town of Porto Azzurro, and is particularly known for its beaches, spectacular views and the tranquility it offers visitors. It is a private area, extending over more than 100 hectares nestled within the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, occupied largely by holiday homes, some of which belong to and are frequented by VIPs who find peace, tranquility and harmony in this private stretch of coast. The stretch of coast is also very beautiful for snorkeling with a medium-low and jagged reef.

The largest beach is called the crocodile beach located on the right of the resort, whose name comes from a rock that touches the sea and has the appearance of a reptile. Even though the beach is not very large, the tourist facility has equipped itself by offering a rental service for umbrellas and sun loungers in the areas where the low cliff of the coast allows their use. For the less adventurous, it is possible to bathe in the sea water in a beautiful pool dug into the natural rock.

The apartment is located on the raised ground floor and covers an area of 83 square meters. Internally, the property consists of: a living room with ceiling fans, a kitchen, three bedrooms (one double, one twin with a bunk bed, both overlooking the rear balcony; a double bedroom with two single beds, overlooking the main terrace with sea view). A convenient storage room is available for storing pool or beach equipment. It offers ample outdoor spaces, including a beautiful sea-view terrace of about 21 square meters, furnished with a table, 4 chairs, and an umbrella, as well as a balcony on the opposite side and a cellar. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower, and a service bathroom.
