"Nice large property on a beautiful piece of land. Very easy check in and the easiest check out process out there. The house was clean and aired out, no musty smells! "What a marvelous time we had immersed in the open life between this beautiful beach and wild mangrove river. The host went above and beyond to arrange our desired trips kayaking, exploring Corcovado, enjoying the Gulf, massages, birding, and suggesting options for food experiences. He even suggested the shuttle from San Jose and the hotel to use there as well. Know that Punta Preciosa is remote. It is wild. It is 25 minutes by taxi to town, so come prepared with food and your desired beverages....

"Mike and Elizabeth's home exceeded all of our expectation. The house itself was well appointed and comfortable. The AC was cold the view of the coastline breathtaking and who doesn't like to have monkeys in your back yard. The house sits on a quiet mountaintop which is easily accessible. Mike has created a jungle paradise with well maintained trial that he is happy to show you. They both could not be more welcoming and his knowledge of the areas flora and fauna is amazing. "We had a great stay at this well set up condo with outdoor patio. Comfortable bed and sitting area and basic kitchen supplies but adequate. The property manager was available when needed and gave us space when not which was nice! Short walk to the beach for a dip. The owner was lovely and communicative when needed.
