"We went for my wife's 40th birthday with multiple families with kids. It was a perfect venue and stay that was closer to the Liberia airport vs Fortuna. We had Tucans on the property, parrots, and plenty of beautiful birds. There is enough distance from each of the villas that gave you some privacy, but close enough to also feel together easily. "This property had everything we needed as we set out to explore the lake Arenal and surrounding area of Costa Rica. The porch was perfect for morning coffee and reading a book. The property was clean and easy to get to. It was a bit of a drive to a lot of activities but it was so nice to have a secure, quiet place to come home to each day. "This is a very unique house in a very quiet and peaceful location. We only visited for 1 night so we did not get to enjoy it as much as we could have. Small miscommunication with our booking but as we went on an evening tour, things were straightened out and all was well by the time we returned.
