The terrace includes an outdoor sauna, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach, and a 6-person outdoor spa, where you can enjoy the bubbles under the open sky. Part of the terrace is covered, so you can sit outside regardless of the weather.



Inside, you are greeted by a bright and friendly atmosphere, with modern amenities, such as a TV with satellite, offering German channels, and Chromecast for other programs. A wood-burning stove creates coziness on cool evenings, and there is wireless internet throughout the house.



The house is equipped with an energy-saving heat pump, ensuring a comfortable temperature year-round. The well-equipped kitchen has 4 ceramic cooktops, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a 44-liter freezer, and a dishwasher, making cooking easy and convenient.
