"Great spot for our family reunion of 25 adults and kids. Great common areas between kitchens, outdoor covered patio with new flat top grill, pool, turf field, tennis court, movie theater. Huge and comfortable bedrooms, kids all slept together in a few of the multi-bed rooms, and had 8 cots for the littlest kids to add in. "Property as described, well equipped and close to Monserate and our Son’s wedding. Also a short drive to downtown Fallbrook. Had our family dog with us, plenty of room both in and around the gated property. Well lit outside around house for his pit stops. Host was ALWAYS responsive to any questions we had, and very helpful with checking in. "
