Escape to the mountains! This hidden gem studio accommodates two adults. Enjoy shared access to pool and outdoor areas. This is an adults-only property and no visits are allowed. Your adventure awaits narrow roads and steep hills to get to our countryside location. Expect potential outside noise from nature and neighbors.




We give our guests space but make ourselves available when needed.

Private rural area but close enough to the beach (20 minute car ride) & to downtown Rincón (15 minute ride). The ride to Ocaso is uphill and some roads that lead to the property are narrow. The property is located on one of the highest peaks of the area but you don't need a 4x4 vehicle to get there.

Guests have full access to common areas.

One(1) parking spot per apartment located inside gate and extra outside in a designated area if needed.

Complimentary ice maker below stairs is available for guests use.

No visits are allowed under any circumstance.

Apartment: First floor spacious studio apartment in property with private entrance, pillow-top Queen mattress & linens, modern & tropical decor, WiFi, smart TV, high-efficiency air conditioning unit, private bathroom with shower, kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, complementary pods & dining essential utensils.

Outdoors: Panoramic views from infinity pool, lounge & gazebo areas for Ocaso Luxury Villa guests. Outdoor cascade shower & bathroom are a plus.

There are various accommodations- all with private entrances- in the property. All outdoor areas are shared with Ocaso Luxury Villa guests.

Car is necessary! There is parking available for guests. One per apartment inside gate and extra outside in designated area.
