Above the Plaza 3 is a private studio tucked at the back of the property — your own quiet corner of downtown Rincon with a separate entrance so you come and go completely on your own schedule.

Inside you will find a full bed with quality linens, pillows, and towels provided. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sink, dinnerware, cookware, and everything you need to prepare a meal. A private bathroom, individual A/C unit, flat-screen Smart TV, and high-speed WiFi complete the space.

One thing to be upfront about: an interior door connects the studio to the rest of the building. It remains closed during your stay for full privacy. ATP3 is part of a shared property — think of it as a private studio apartment within a small building rather than a fully standalone unit.

Rincon's plaza, top-rated restaurants, craft brewery, bakery, and weekly art walk are all a two-minute walk from your door. The beach is ten minutes on foot.

Everything you need is here. Everything else is a short walk away.

Above the Plaza 3 is entirely yours — no shared spaces, no other guests, no interruptions. The private studio is your own retreat from the moment you check in to the moment you check out.

"Above the Plaza 3" is located just within a 200 meter walk to all the restaurants and Plaza colorful activities... perfect distance to walk but far enough to not be bother by the activities noise. Here you can find:

You can walk to virtually everything you need during your stay. The closes beach (Balneario Rincon) is only 10 minutes walking! If you need groceries you can buy them at the Plaza or there's a good close by supermarket that offers a free ride from the plaza for your convenience.

A note on noise: the house sits on Rincon's main road, so you may occasionally hear passing traffic. In our experience guests find it easy to tune out — but we'd rather you know upfront than be surprised. The covered terrace in the back is your quiet escape when you want it.

What you won't hear is Plaza noise. Despite being two minutes away on foot, the house sits just far enough from the action that evenings stay peaceful — the best of both worlds. We also have exterior security cameras for our guests' safety.
