You can enjoy your days relaxing on the various decks or cozy outdoor lounging areas. Take the steps to the lower creek side patio, sit with your feet in the creek or jump in and 'go with the flow'. We have one of the sweetest private frontages on the creek. Plenty of space to get your lap practice in OR just chill in the cool comfort under the shady elegant trees. Cool off in the river or bubble gently in the jacuzzi and enjoy the nighttime under the stars by the fire pit. Cook on the BBQ's in the garden or in the equipped spacious Gourmet kitchen, in the well lit heart of the home, with a beautiful view of the outdoors.

Enjoy touring the area and visiting the established wineries. There is a flourishing collection of brilliant winemakers in the Verde Valley, it only make sense to have installed a red rock wine cellar! Allow you pallet to explore the regions wines and savor the details. Around the home we have rock fireplaces and views of water throughout.

All rooms have beautiful views of the water, and access to the outdoors. Each offer their private romancing space of sunken baths, pillars and posts to really feel like a king and queen in the finer and thoughtfulness of the space.

The long frontage of the property allows a perfect space for Fly fishing. The creek has shallow patches and deep swimming pools. The avenue along the river allows a rare vista to watch the birds and witness the wildlife. We are just 20 minutes outside of Sedona in a Beaver Creek Golf area. 10 minutes from Village of Oak Creek and most of the Wineries in the Cornville, Page Springs area. As most people have discovered in the Verde Valley, the whole valley offers some of the best hikes, trails, mountain bike or horseback riding. Golf galore for those that enjoy the various ranges withing 20 minutes of the home.

The house is located in a luxurious creek side setting, with views of the water from every room, travertine floors and fireplaces throughout. The house has two spacious Master suites with marble Jacuzzi tubs and showers in both. There is a full gourmet kitchen with upscale appliances - a six burner stove will make cooking a delight. Put your wine in our cellar for that just-right temperature.

There is a Fishing dock (the poles are ready!)and many stone patios, with relaxing furniture and hammocks all waiting just for you! The golf course is nearby and you have access to it.

The house is the gateway to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Use it as your homebase to explore the area or just stay here and relax in style!
