Just 90 min from DC, our cabin blends peaceful seclusion w/ modern conveniences including fast WiFi, EV charger, making it easy to settle in comfortably. Spend days on the river, nights outdoors unwinding in a private hot tub under the stars. Thoughtfully appointed, it’s ideal for a long wknd or unhurried summer days away.

This recently updated, pet-friendly cabin blends classic cabin character with modern comfort, offering a tranquil retreat amid the natural beauty of the Shenandoah Valley. Just 90 minutes from DC, Riverfront is an ideal base for warm-weather escapes centered on the river and the outdoors.

ARRIVAL & LAYOUT
The cabin has been thoughtfully laid out and updated with modern conveniences to ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing. Entry is via a smart keypad, and upon arrival you’re greeted by a fully enclosed patio with views toward the river. The patio provides a shaded spot to enjoy morning coffee or unwind after a day outside.

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
Early check-in and late check-out may be available by request. If accommodated, a flat fee of $60 for one or $100 for both will apply. Requests are subject to availability based on cleaning and turnover schedules.

DINING & GATHERING
A large farmhouse dining area anchors the main living space and is perfect for relaxed meals, shared conversation, or lingering evenings together. A bar cart is stocked with everything you’ll need to mix cocktails or enjoy a bottle of wine after a day on the river or exploring nearby vineyards.

RELAX & ENJOY
The living room is designed with comfort in mind and offers a cool, welcoming space to retreat from the summer sun. Comfortable seating invites couples to unwind with a movie, conversation, or a quiet afternoon indoors. A selection of books, games, and puzzles is available for slower moments between outdoor adventures.

SLEEP EASY
Riverfront is thoughtfully arranged for one or two couples, offering both shared spaces and privacy when you want it. The cabin includes a primary suite with a queen bed, a secondary bedroom with a twin and full mattress, and a lower exterior-accessible bedroom with a queen bed and private half bath. The lower bedroom offers added privacy and river views and is accessed via an illuminated exterior staircase. Each bedroom includes comfortable bedding for all seasons and wireless phone chargers.

HOT TUB & DECK
Step outside onto the spacious deck, equipped with a gas grill, comfortable seating, and an outdoor table ideal for relaxed meals and evenings outdoors. The private six-seat hot tub is a favorite way to unwind after a day on the river. Just beyond the deck, the fire pit offers a natural gathering spot for evenings under the stars. Local firewood is provided for your convenience.

RIVER ACCESS & BOATS
Kayaks, canoes, and U.S. Coast Guard–rated life vests for adults and children are provided for guest use, making it easy to spend full days on the Shenandoah River. Access to the river is a short walk down the driveway, approximately 500 feet from the cabin. A wheel cart is available to make transporting boats easy.

**Note: Swimming and use of watercraft are at guests’ own risk.**

The property does not border the river but offers easy access via a short walk (approx.) 500 feet.

The lower bedroom and laundry area are accessible only from the exterior staircase and walkway, which is illuminated at night for safe and easy access.
