Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, electric stove, oven, kettle, toaster and fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.
Bathroom has a shower, washing machine and hair dryer.

This is a smoke free apartment, but you can smoke outside on the balcony and garden.

Some pets are allowed, please ask in advance.

We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the accommodation tidy as you have found it and don't make noise to other people.

For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 2 hours of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 1 hour of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.

You will have exclusive access to the apartment, its garden and balcony.

Outside terrace with table and chairs is free too use exclusively by you.

We also provide private parking spot in front of the house.
