Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire apartment with its own entrance. Self check-in with a lockbox – instructions are sent before arrival.

The neighbourhood
The apartment is in Dārzciems, a quiet, green residential neighbourhood of private houses – perfect for a morning jog or an evening stroll. Akropole Rīga, one of the city`s largest shopping and entertainment centres (cinema, ice rink and dozens of restaurants), is a short distance away.

Getting around
Riga Old Town is about a 10–15 minute drive. Public transport stops are nearby, and the South Bridge (Dienvidu tilts) gives quick access to the airport and Jūrmala. Bolt taxis are affordable. Parking is available, so there are no city-centre parking fees to worry about.

House rules in short: no smoking, no parties and no pets. Ideal for digital nomads, students and professionals – long stays are welcome.

Parking: no private parking. Street parking around the building is free (spaces can be limited) – please follow the street signs.

• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00.
• No pets.
• We don`t have luggage storage before check-in or after check-out – paid KeepMyBag luggage storage is available in Riga Old Town.
• Please let us know about any damage so it can be repaired or replaced.
