The "Kleon 3" apartment in Riffian features a south-facing balcony with dining table and stunning panoramic views of the South Tyrolean mountains, making it an ideal base for a relaxing holiday in the Passeier Valley.



With 42 m² of space, you will find a living area with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, dish soap, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, all standard cooking utensils, a fridge with small freezer compartment, dining area, and a sofa that can be used as a sofa bed, as well as satellite TV. There is one bedroom with a double bed, desk, and satellite TV. The bathroom offers a rain shower, bidet, hairdryer, and cosmetic mirror. Free Wi-Fi and a wall safe are available. Bed linen, towels, and dish towels are included.



A sauna is available for an extra fee. The shared outdoor pool and garden are also at your disposal. The pool is open from early May to late September, depending on the weather. Public transport is within walking distance. Parking is available. Breakfast can be booked on request for an extra fee. Families are welcome. Pets are not allowed.
