While we appreciate you taking time to leave a review, perhaps before condemning a place/business you should actually STAY at that business.

As we stated MULTIPLE times, YOU made your reservation through Expedia, YOU paid Expedia, Expedia has your money, we don't. Your Expedia reservation was NON-refundable, NON-modification able, and NON-cancellable. You were a no show on the first day, called the second day and wanted to cancel. Your issue is NOT with us, your issue is with Expedia. In the future I suggest you don't do a prepaid reservation in case of this happening once again.

We are sorry you found our accommodations to be lacking; however, the only time the Manager approached you was to question the number of people in your party as you registered for 2 adults and 2 children both under the age of 2 years old, which brings to mind the question ... where did the 15 year old come from? Upon inspection of the room, the wallpaper is NOT peeling, perhaps a minute separation at a seam but not peeling. There is no way there was cereal between the sheets and the AC is as quiet as can be. Your party stayed with us 4 nights without a single complaint while on the property. We pride ourselves on having clean and comfortable rooms and are pleased you found the beds to be comfortable

As for the pool, it opens every summer beginning around Memorial Day, no it hasn't been used since last summer but it is in superb condition and fully functional.Yes our rates go up during race events, its the same at all local businesses. We do not provide daily housekeeping, however; if you are in the room the housekeepers knock to see if there is anything you need. Please keep this in mind for your next stay, and we thank you for staying with us.

We apologize for your inconvenience, however; we are exterminated bi-monthly, and inspected by the Health Department on a monthly schedule. The "dead" bug you found and complained about is hardly an "infestation." You were shown TWO rooms (not "multiple") and then refunded 100% of your charges. Just because you decided you simply didn't like our motel is no reason to spread falsehoods.

Hello Mauricio, first we enjoyed having you stay with us and hope the rest of your trip was pleasant. When we received your initial reservation from Expedia it listed your room type as a DD1 (smoking) but in the notes it listed a non-smoking request. When this happens we try to provide the guest with the best of the latter, which in this case was a smoking room that had just recently been painted and deep cleaned. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Travelodge 10292 Staff

I must apologize for the dated furniture in your room. We are under new ownership and have been working hard to update our rooms, yet some are still on the "to do" list. As for the stained linens I wish you would have brought this to our attention as there is nothing we can do AFTER you have checked out
