"Thé room was beautiful and spotless. There was a nice welcome packet with restaurant recommendations and other information. The room had a refrigerator, that was stocked with cold Spring water & 1/2 & 1/2. There was also a microwave. The bedding was luxurious & high quality, with pillows that had 3 firmness levels. The breakfast was beautifully presented & delicious in a cozy room with a fireplace. We will definitely be staying here again. Some may see the price per night & think it is pricey,...

"The owner Carol and her staff were absolutely amazing! The breakfast each morning was so good! Our room and the entire Inn are beautiful and very well kept! Perfectly located for walking to different shops to visit as well as easy driving to other places. My husband and I had a wonderful stay here! Would gladly stay there again!"

"Nice room with a kitchen. Bed was large and comfy for two. Room cleaned daily. Coffee was replenished daily as well. The “campus” was beautiful. We were there in early October so the town was pretty much getting ready to close up"

"Lovely small hotel, 2 stories, no elevator, stayed here many times on vacation. Rooms recently refreshed, reasonably priced for mid-Cape Cod"

"Very nice, clean facility with friendly staff. We visited in late October, so we had the place to ourselves. Beaches are walkable, the area is safe and mostly residential. I would highly recommend this hotel. Great quality for a good price. Note: The Town of Yarmouth is working on a huge water project around the hotel. This could be disturbing to some visitors. Check with the desk for updates. :)"
