"We unfortunately had an emergency that took us to the ER the day of our stay, so we were unable to enjoy the property as much as we had originally intended. However, it was a very comfortable place for all of us to lay our heads down at the end of a very stressful day. "Best sunset views anywhere! Very relaxing stay — exactly what was needed for a getaway with the kids. Well appointed house. Fun yard games. Close enough to drive to PawPaw or Cacapon for hiking or kayaking. But also just perfect for disconnecting, relaxing and enjoying the the show the sky puts on every evening!"

"Wonderful host! Beautiful campsite! Clean Port-a-potty, with 2-ply toilet tissue! Awning over a picnic table for a nice dinner, there's a grill, fire ring, wood supplied and chairs. We camped at "Big D's Pond", one of his two camping sites. The only drawback is that there's no place to wash/clean up. "Hippie baths" All in all, you will not be disappointed!"

"This little cabin in the woods was in such a great location. We loved being both in a secluded location, but just a short drive to the river and not far from berkley springs to food/ supplies. We also took a day trip to winchester to shop. Loved the screened in porch to drink coffee and read."

"I have to say, this is the best rental cabin/home I have ever rented. It had everything you could think of to make your stay special. It was very clean and the bed and furniture was in great condition and comfortable. The owners even left special gifts for us to enjoy while we were there.
