Really sorry about that experience, Donald. The sudden shuffle of restaurant outlets was a big challenge for our staff and we're sorry you encountered some of that frustration. There was certainly a little confusion at first as we scrambled to get outlets open that were supposed to be closed at that time, but we're cruising now and hopefully you'll have the opportunity to visit again soon so you can see first hand what a wonderful staff (and dining experience) we provide. Appreciate the feedback as we're always trying to improve.

Really sorry to hear some of the other guests staying with us kept you up, Kathleen. Perhaps it was one of our wedding parties though somewhat surprising as they are typically done celebrating at a pretty early hour as their festivities begin on the earlier side. We are hopeful your travels will bring you back our way someday and you'll have a more pleasant rest with us.
