The Carillion Family Home

Enjoy our 4 bed room house tucked away in our favorite neighborhood in Richmond City. The house has a newly renovated kitchen and two full bathrooms. The back yard has a 6 foot privacy fence with off street parking. Each room has its own smart TV and we have great Wifi. We are located close to Cary Town, Maymont, the VITA Course, Byrd Park and the beautiful James river and all of its trails. Please reach out if you have any questions.
The space
There are stair sets going up to both the front and back doors. 2 of the bed rooms are located up stairs. And the laundry room is in the basement which is a narrow stair set. Please look at the listing photos for the basement stair set.

The outside of the house and the yard are the next thing on our list to update. We look forward to to adding all new landscaping and a fresh coat of paint for the house.
Guest access
There is parking directly in the front of the house and 3 private parking spots in the back of the house. Please do not park in front of the neighbors houses!
