Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the home. Guests who wish to smoke may do so outside on the backyard patio only. Please clean up and properly dispose of cigarette butts and any smoking materials.



If evidence of smoking is found inside the home or cigarette waste is left on the property, an additional $300 cleaning and deodorizing fee will be charged.



No Parties or Events

Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted at this property. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is intended for respectful guests.
