Welcome to your cozy retreat in Henrico, Virginia—just 1 mile from the Amtrak station and conveniently located on the bus route, making it easy to explore everything Richmond has to offer. This charming 3-bedroom rancher was our first home, and it’s now ready to welcome you with warmth, comfort, and thoughtful touches throughout.

Inside, you’ll find two inviting living rooms: one with a plush sofa, electric fireplace, and Roku TV for movie nights, and a second lounge ideal for quiet moments or catching up on your favorite shows. The fully stocked kitchen includes Keurig and drip coffee makers, a blender, crockpot, toaster, and bar seating for two. Just steps away, the dining area seats six and invites guests to gather, laugh, and linger.

Each bedroom is designed for restful nights, with Roku TVs, fans, and ample storage. The queen suite includes an ensuite bath with hallway access, while the other two bedrooms offer cozy full beds. Two bathrooms provide flexibility—one with a walk-in shower and semi-private water closet, the other with a classic tub/shower combo perfect for families or a relaxing soak.

Remote workers will appreciate the quiet, dedicated workspace, and the laundry/mudroom makes cleanup easy with a washer, dryer, and direct outdoor access. Step outside to enjoy the private back deck with BBQ grill or sip your morning coffee on the covered front porch and lawn.

Centrally located, you`re just blocks from the new Roseshire Gaming Parlor, 2.8 miles to the Botanical Gardens, and within 7 miles of the University of Richmond, VCU, and Virginia Union University. Short Pump Mall and dozens of restaurants are just 9 miles away, and Richmond Raceway is close by for race fans and eventgoers.

The entire home is accessible to guests with the exception of 2 locked hospitality closets which contains our cleaning and restocking supplies. Any evidence of tampering with locks may result in a fee.

No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.

Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
