I would not recommend this location- We rented a temporary apartment at The Landing Broad St for two months between selling our home and moving to a new one. It was a challenging experience.Pros:- The cost was VERY economical but you get what you pay for. - Convenient location near highways and a walkable neighborhood.- Quick and efficient on-site maintenance.- Pleasant on-site leasing agent who understands the complexities of the process.- Safe location despite its somewhat sketchy appearance.Cons:- Dirty apartment upon arrival, requiring extensive cleaning, mold removal from bathrooms, and pet hair despite a stated pet free policy.- Inadequate preparation for guests (e.g. insufficient towels for stated guest quantity).- Neighbors who smoke heavily and argue loudly.- Delayed deliveries due to a clunky process involving multiple parties.- Inoperable gym equipment despite promises of new equipment.- Unavailable inside parking with a fee, leading to street parking or parking blocks away after 6 PM.- Multiple maintenance issues (oven door broke, consistent leak in hallway, urine in the elevator, broken fixtures in unit, mold in bathtubs, AC didn’t work upon arrival). We opened 7 or 8 maintenance tickets during our stay)- We had so many issues in our first 10 days that VRBO credited half of rent but did not provide assistance in finding an alternative accommodation.
