The Space:
The Space is very spacious and cozy. It fully furnished and comfortably hosts up to 4 guests.
⭐Bedroom: It has a very comfortable pillow top king size bed with a smart Tv, reading chair, dresser. dedicated working desk.
⭐Livingroom: 55 inches TV with HULU and Disney+, comfortable couch which easily converts to a full-size bed.
⭐Bathroom: spacious walk- in shower with provided shampoo and body wash, hair dryer.
⭐Kitchen: fully stocked kitchen. Electrical stove and oven, toaster and full-size refrigerator. We provide pots and pans, silverware, etc.
⭐Coffee bar: k-cup maker with roasted coffee creamer and sugar.
⭐Internet: High speed WI-FI internet.
⭐Parking: large parking lot behind the house access to alleyway. Additionally free street parking that always very easy to find the parking spot in front of the house as well.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to the whole apartment. The listing includes one parking space in the backyard,with additional free street parking available in front. Shared amenities include the front porch, backyard, and the laundry room in the basement.

Getting Around:
Getting around Richmond is easy from our apartment! You'll find convenient public transportation options nearby, including bus stops within walking distance on Broad Street. For those arriving by air, Richmond International Airport (RIC) is approximately a 20-minute drive. We offer free parking in a dedicated space behind the house, as well as readily available street parking in front of the building. This central location allows you to explore the city without hassle, with easy access to major attractions and transit hubs.

Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that we do not accept bookings from local guests, guests with past negative reviews, or new accounts. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. We welcome dogs, but we do not allow cats. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. Kindly respect quiet hours, especially between 9 PM and 8 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Guests are welcome to smoke on the front porch and should use the ashtray provided for waste disposal. The apartment has a central AC/heating system. The thermostat is in a separate room, and we can remotely adjust the temperature for you; just send us a message. Additional comfort items like a space heater and fan are available in the closet. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. The trash bin is located behind the backyard.
