I stayed at Springhill with my boys and we all agreed we wished we had more time to sleep in because the beds were so comfy. Thanks for a great safe, clean, spacious stay.

First room had some bugs. Helpful and friendly staff switched rooms to fix issue. Second room was clean and comfortable.

The wait to get checked in was excessive. They are located right by train tracks, and the trains run very early morning shaking the hotel. Not much else on this exit so a long way to go to eat or anything else.

Clean, modern and good breakfast. The train is not as bothersome as I thought it would be. The kids liked it. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and polite however a young gentleman by the name of Isaiah was AWESOME! I truly appreciate his attention to detail and outstanding professionalism which was consistent.

The hotel front desk was rude when I was buying snacks for my diabetic girlfriend at 12:30 am. Never got our room turned over, asked 3 times and was told that it would happen, nothing did.

Great staff, ladies at the front desk were amazing. Room was large and clean, with microwave and fridge. When the train passes we only felt a slight vibration, no sound. We were on the 4 the floor. We had no issues sleeping through it. The vibration was barely noticeable. I would stay here again

Clean and helpful staff...the big drawback is the train tracks behind the hotel, and when the freight train rolls by, the building and bed shake. If ur into that great, but a few times per night too much for me.

The staff were very nice, our only issue was when we first got there, we werent able to have the room me reserved due to a soccer team coming in, but they gave us a handycap room, which i was worried at first but it was actually very nice id say an upgrade. Over all, very wonderful stay, will be staying with them again

DON’T BOOK HERE! This place was clean and beautiful, the staff was exceptional, but the shaking of the building and the rattling of the glass on the desk from the hellacious train was terrifying! Felt like an earthquake and happened several times through the night! Despite the very nice facilities, I would NOT stay at this place again.

We do apologize for the inconvenience, but we do warn the guest about the train twice the first time it's through via message and the second time is at check in and during check in we do give you the option to stay with us or not. so, the choice to stay with us was on you.

Nice Hotel. Very clean, very comfortable bedding. Great bath. Had everything I needed. I won't complain about the one thing that was off, because everything else was great.

Very convenient to the highway but off enough to be quiet. People have commented on the train behind the property but we heard it once at 8pm and not at all loud. Comfortable bed, friendly staff, very good breakfast, some dinner options within walking distance. Would stay here again.
