"Would have been a nice stay but the people next to me were fighting at 4am and banging on walls and slamming doors and yelling. Rooms where nice and the staff were. Pool was empty though. No hot tub.... Not sure ill stay here again after the people whom they rent to!"

"Added fees without letting me know at check in. Also breakfast hours changed for weekends and was not stated in Expedia when booking. We had rj leave the hotel at 6:30 am and breakfast was not until 7 am instead of 6 am on weekends. Room had a bad chemical smell. Hot water was not working in bathroom sink.
Appreciated actual hand soap in bathroom. Employees were nice."

"I love staying in this hotel. I was born and raised in Pasco and moved to Spokane three years ago, and every time we come down, we stay in the hotel. It’s a perfect location. All my family lives in Pasco, so I’m in the middle of everything super nice staff super clean"

"I booked two nights a month in advance and after the first night the hotel was trying to kick us out of our room. Stating they only had us in their system for one night. I had proof of what I paid for but that didn’t seem to matter since it was through Expedia. It was embarrassing and I had to pay an additional $350 for the second night. I was told Expedia is refunding me but I still haven’t seen that yet. Over terrible experience with Expedia and hotel staff"

"The room was nasty dirty. It reeked of cigarette (they said hotel non smoking). Curtains dirty and smelly. Bathroom had cracked sheet rock by tub.
Breakfast was not that great - staff standing around visiting and not refilling food.
I asked for a full refund and they were willing to give it to me. If we accepted we would of had to leave hotel with no place to stay.
So I want Expedia to refund me that hotel stay!!!"
