They are finishing up some remodel stuff so it was kinda dusty etc on the ground floor. But, they were very accommodating on setting up the suite for my wife's birthday. Our room was very nice and the staff was nice and helpful. We enjoyed the Jacuzzi and pool. There is a cool steak house across the street.

The hotel undergoing construction!!!! Never advised until check in!!!!! I would of chosen another hotel If I had known. Our floor where our room is was completely renovated so that was nice But even the elevator was not done!!? Would appreciate a rebate from Expedia. It said zero online about hotel under renovation.

Expedia does have it listed on their website if you click on the down arrow on policies it states we have been under renovation since November 1, 2023. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience as we are trying to improve our guest experience. We hope when the renovation is complete that you can come back and fully enjoy the time and effort we have put into upgrading our hotel.

The staff were friendly enough, but the property is under renovation with no lobby, barely any place to sit and have breakfast, construction all around and sounds of construction workers working can be heard from the room. We stayed for 2 nights and since we had visited Bryce National Park the previous day, we had come with muddy shoes. The rooms were not cleaned the following day and we came back to a dirty room after a day spent at Arches.

Great complimentary breakfast!
The poor check in staff were dealing with a computer glitch but handled it well. The hotel was very clean, and easy to access. The breakfast was excellent! I would definitely stay here again.
