"We enjoyed our stay very much; the home was in a quiet neighborhood, close to the market, shops and parks and we were able to walk our dogs to the marina and back in a short time. The home was very clean and the kitchen completely equipped for us to prepare and eat meals when we wanted. It was less than a ten-minute drive to Sailor’s Encampment, where we were able to watch freighters - close up, that were going up the river to the locks. "We stayed here for a little Christmas vacation. House and property were as advertised, and very beautiful all covered in snow. Perfect peaceful getaway spot. Sauna was the icing on the cake, we took one every night. Would happily come back. "

"Kristy’s home is beautiful! Ample bedrooms for 10 that includes a cool bunkie with bar and shuffleboard. The house is nicely appointed with pots, pans etc. Very spacious with lots of room in the kitchen and living room to hang out. The screen room off the kitchen was my favourite. Great view and screened to keep the bugs away. The view is wonderful and the property has a relatively long private sand beach that is awesome for swimming, relaxing, launching a paddle-board or kayak. I’m sure...

"We arrived at the cottage in the afternoon, we were greeted by the hosts, given a walk through and were fishing with in an hour of our arrival. Gord and Lori Ann were extremely helpful and great to deal with. We even got a few fishing tips, to help get us started. The cottage was very clean and well equipped. We are already planning our next trip up! Such a beautiful area.. "
