PET - ON REQUEST POSSIBLE (MAX 2 PETS) In the immediate vicinity of the Saaler Bodden awaits you a beautiful and lovingly furnished apartment complex with 3 cottages and 2 apartments in a cozy atmosphere. Directly under the thatched roof you can really feel good and let your mind wander. The proximity to the Saaler Bodden is just a highlight. The bathing area at the nearby Bernsteinsee with water skiing & wakeboarding is less than a 5-minute walk away. The amber town of Ribnitz-Damgarten with its many shops is 2 km away. Ideally located for hiking, cycling or Nordic walking. Nestled in this charming landscape, away from the floodlit traffic and the hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts. The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach is only 7 km from the house.

2 BEDROOMS WITH DOUBLE BEDS The holiday home Maret with approx. 85 m² total living area was lovingly furnished after a complete renovation in 2015 on 2 floors and can accommodate up to 4 persons. On the ground floor you will find a living room with an integrated fitted kitchen and dining area. In addition to the comfortable couch, the living room area is equipped with a flat-screen TV and wood-burning stove. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher. Coffee maker, kettle and toaster are just as natural as sufficient crockery and cutlery. The bedroom, equipped with a flat-screen TV, has a double bed and a wardrobe with plenty of storage space. The shower room is equipped with a vanity and a spacious shower.   A staircase takes you to the attic. There you can relax on the spacious couch and flat screen TV. The bedroom has a box spring bed with a high quality mattress (180x200) and various chests of drawers. A small bathroom with toilet and shower complete the whole.   On the terrace with garden furniture and parasol you can relax wonderfully. Bed linen is provided free of charge during your stay. Please do not forget to bring towels. If required, towels are also available for a fee.   When using the stove, a cleaning fee of 10 € will be charged. Electricity and water costs are included in the rent. Internet / Wi-Fi is available and can be used free of charge. A car parking space and a lockable storage room for your own or rented bicycles are available during your stay.  We charge a deposit of 150 euros. The reimbursement is made without damage.  Regulars (from 2. Booking) receive 5% discount on the room rates. Please note when booking under comments regular guest. The discount is not automatically taken into account in the booking. After booking you will receive a booking confirmation modified by us and taken into account with the discount.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
