Our Sunset KranichNest sleeps 4 people and exudes plenty of maritime charm. Living on a houseboat means, above all, being in direct harmony with nature. The glass walls in the living and dining areas (which can be shaded at any time) enhance the feeling of freedom and closeness to nature.
At the KranichNest, you can enjoy the enchanting sunset right from the sofa and the comfortable swivel chairs, or while having a late dinner or cocktail on the sheltered terrace, where you’ll have a front-row seat to the evening glow.
From there, by the way, you can use the swim ladder to head straight into the Bodden and dive into the water, whether at sunrise or in the light of twilight. With panoramic views and sunshine beaming down on you from the furnished sun deck with loungers and lounge chairs, let your mind wander and feel it: You see best with your heart.
With 44 square meters of living space, you’ll find a high-quality, fully equipped kitchen-diner—so nothing stands in the way of a convivial dinner. All rooms are air-conditioned, and on cold days, the fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere on board.
A restful, deep sleep is essential—that’s why the box-spring beds in both bedrooms at the KranichNest are equipped with additional mattress toppers, and you have a selection of pillows to choose from. The tiled bathroom with a spacious 80x106cm shower (including a makeup mirror and hair dryer) and the separate toilet offer a pleasant sense of privacy.
High-speed Wi-Fi is, of course, available, and books, games, and even harp music—if you’d like—round out your home-away-from-home experience.
A handcart is available for your luggage, which you can also use to bring your personal purchases on board.

The floating house is also well-suited for families: children are welcome, babies are welcome, and there is 1 high chair and 1 crib. In addition, there is a wash area with a sink.
