QUINTA DO PASSO is a cozy, modern space located in Ribeira Grande city center.
Uniquely decorated, guests can enjoy a villa equipped with air conditioning, internet, smart tv, telephone, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom with hairdryer and private outdoor area.
The common areas are properly sized for the capacity of the farm with private parking, swimming pool and seating area.

QUINTA DO STE is composed of 3 family houses, identified by the characteristics of the farm where they are inserted, as follows:
T2 - Azores House - Sleeps up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed.
T1 - Fontenário House - Sleeps up to 4 people in 1 bedroom and 1 sofa bed.
T1 - Passo House - Sleeps up to 4 people in 1 bedroom and 1 sofa bed.
All our homes are equipped with the necessary equipment, appliances and services so that you can develop your daily activities with ease and relaxation during your holidays. Comfort, safety and common spaces are the best in terms of local accommodation in the Azores, never forgetting the family imprint to make you feel better than at home.
Quinta do Passo guests will have access to private outdoor areas and common areas such as:
- Pool;
- rest area;
- Parking.

- 1 minute from Quinta do Passo is the Ribeira Grande taxi station and a bus stop that allows guests to visit the Tea Factories or Furnas parish.
- 10 minutes from Quinta do Passo, guests have the opportunity to walk the Atlantic Promenade - the city's northern waterfront.
